AvSight 2026 User Group Summit
Build Your Perfect Summit Schedule
Three days, six tracks, and more good sessions than any one person can attend. So we built twelve suggested schedules around the work you actually do — every session, all three days, picked for your role.
Find the path closest to your job and follow it start to finish, or use it as a starting point and swap in whatever interests you. Nothing here is binding — every session is open to every attendee.

Starting Out
Every path starts Tuesday with networking. The Brella app matches you with other attendees based on your profile and the topics you want to talk about, then assigns you a table. Set your profile and availability before you arrive — the best conversations at this event are the ones you schedule.

Executive & Leadership
This path is for you if you’re responsible for growth. This path is built around using AvSight to scale without adding headcount for every new order, and getting enough visibility into the business to make decisions on current numbers instead of last month’s.
Tuesday, September 29
10:00 AM – 5:00 PMNetworkingBrella matches you with attendees working on the same problems you are, then assigns you a table. The people here have already solved something you’re still wrestling with.
10:00 AM – 5:00 PMMeeting AvailabilitySit down with product owners, support, professional services, finance, and the leadership team. Pre-book or walk up.
Tip: Book the leadership team and the product owners for your segment. If an accounting platform decision is on your desk, the Accounting Seed team is here too.
Wednesday, September 30
9:00 AM – 9:45 AMKickoff & Keynote AddressScott Loescher and Fermin Gonzalez open the summit with where AvSight is headed and a few things you haven’t seen yet.
9:45 AM – 10:15 AMAsk AvSight: Support, Services & Best PracticesWhat actually happens after you submit a ticket, how to write one that gets resolved faster, and when a question belongs with Professional Services instead. Includes a walkthrough of the new Copilot portal.
10:45 AM – 11:30 AMAI Strategy for Aviation Companies: Are You Ready?AvSight built and ran AI agents inside its own business before selling them to anyone. You’ll get the honest version: what separates companies seeing results from those with expensive tools nobody uses, and a framework for judging whether your data and processes are ready.
11:30 AM – 12:15 PMGetting Started with AvSight IntelligenceA clear picture of what’s live today and what other aviation companies are already running. Blueprints can take a configuration live in days instead of months, which changes what’s realistic to attempt this year.
1:45 PM – 2:45 PMAvSight Intelligence for AdminsWhat a rollout actually takes: how to sequence it, where to start for a fast win, and the controls that keep your team in the approval seat. Useful before you commit budget or people to it.
Choose this if AI is on your near-term list and you want to know what you’d be signing your team up for.
Two linked sessions for people new to report building. You’ll build a report from scratch, then turn it into a dashboard that greets you when you log in.
1:45 PM – 2:35 PMReporting Part IBeginner
2:45 PM – 3:15 PMDashboardsIntermediate
Choose this if you’re new to report building and tired of asking someone else for numbers. Take both — Dashboards starts from the report you build in Part I.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IWatch inbound RFQ emails become quotes and route themselves to the right rep. This is the clearest look at what AI does for a sales floor, and the easiest place to picture the headcount you don’t have to add.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for MROThe Work Order Agent handles quoting, technician assignment, and materials, while Work Order Insights flags jobs heading off schedule or over budget before a customer calls you about them.
Choose this if your business runs repair or maintenance work.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PMReporting in AvSight – Part II, AdvancedAdvancedThe questions leadership asks rarely fit one report — they span the pipeline, several objects, and a time period. This session covers joined reports and multi-object strategies, so you can get an answer without waiting on someone to build it for you.
Choose this if you already build your own reports and want the numbers behind your decisions on demand.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:30 AMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IIThe Quote Agent prices lines, sources parts, and drafts the quote; your rep reviews and approves instead of building from scratch. You’ll also see where the approval gates sit, which is the part your team will ask about.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IIIPicks up where Part II ends: what happens between an approved quote and a shipped part, where deals quietly stall and customers start calling. Closes with the full workflow start to finish and a frank discussion of the guardrails that keep people in control as you scale AI across the business.
Choose this if you took Part II this morning and want the complete picture before deciding how far to go.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMWhat’s New in MROA live tour of everything added to the MRO side this year, with the practical case for each one.
Choose this if your revenue comes from repair and maintenance work.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMUnderutilized Features for PartsCapability you’re already paying for that most teams never turn on — workspaces, process dashboards, mobile tools, and the hierarchy tab.
Choose this if you sell parts and want more return from what you already own.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PMRoadmap Session for your segmentThe product owners lay out what’s coming and ask what you need. Customer input in this room is what moves items up the list, so bring the thing your business needs most.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMRoundtable: Building User Training ProgramsSoftware only returns what your team actually uses. Compare notes with other leaders on how they got real adoption instead of a rollout everyone quietly worked around.
Finance & Accounting
This path is for you if you’re a controller, CFO, accounting manager, or anyone who has to make AvSight and your accounting system agree at month-end.
Tip: Book the Finance Specialist, and the Accounting Seed product team if that’s your platform. Bring the reconciliation issue you’ve been working around all year.
10:45 AM – 12:15 PMFinance 101Traces an operational transaction all the way to the general ledger, through TAs and TAPs, so you can see exactly where a number comes from when it looks wrong. Also covers choosing and integrating an accounting platform. Don’t let the name fool you — the reconciliation and audit-readiness content runs deep.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMWork Smarter with RMAsBeginnerReturns are where billing quietly falls apart: credits that don’t match, inventory that comes back at the wrong value, paperwork nobody linked. You’ll leave with a clean RMA workflow and the documentation practices that keep it defensible.
2:20 PM – 2:55 PMWork Smarter with Sales ExchangesBeginnerExchange costing is where margin disappears without anyone noticing. This session covers estimated versus actual repair cost, late and missing cores, and how to price so the margin you booked is the margin you keep.
3:05 PM – 4:00 PMOwner Codes, Consignments, RMAs & Exchanges – Tricky SituationsAdvancedThe scenarios that distort inventory value and make an auditor pause: warranty cost variances, transfers between owner codes, consignment fees, and exchange part writedowns. Bring your own hard case — the session takes audience situations.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PMReporting in AvSight – Part II, AdvancedAdvancedMost finance questions span several objects at once, which is exactly where standard reports give up. You’ll build a joined report and learn the workarounds for the limitations that have probably stopped you before.
Tip: New to report building? Take Reporting Part I (1:45 PM – 2:35 PM) in place of the two Work Smarter sessions, then come to Part II.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:30 AMFinance – Ask Ann AnythingAn hour of open floor with AvSight’s in-house finance expert. No agenda, no slides — the tricky situations you brought are the agenda.
Choose this if you have questions that don’t fit neatly into any one session. Most finance attendees should be here.
10:00 AM – 10:30 AMWork Smarter – LeasingLease agreements from setup through billing, renewals, and returns, plus where leasing behaves differently from every other transaction type.
Choose this if you bill leases and the milestone content is worth stepping out of the AMA for.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMRunning a Clean SystemThe habits that prevent month-end from turning into a hunt for discrepancies: required fields, picklist governance, naming conventions, and duplicate prevention. Boring on paper, and the reason some teams close in days instead of weeks.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PMAccounting Seed RoadmapThe Accounting Seed product team came to hear what aviation finance teams need from their platform. That’s a rare audience — use it.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMAccounting Seed – Common ChallengesTwo hours with teams running the same integration you are, comparing what broke and what fixed it.
Choose this if Accounting Seed is your accounting platform.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMQuickBooks Integration – Common ChallengesThe same conversation on the QuickBooks side, with people who’ve already hit the issue you’re about to.
Choose this if you’re on QuickBooks, or evaluating the move.
System Admin, IT & Analytics
This path is for you if you administer AvSight, run IT, or build the reports everyone else relies on. When something breaks or someone needs access, it comes to you.
2:00 PMReporting & KPIs for SalesA small working session with the product team on what reporting should do next. If you build reports for other people, this is your chance to describe what’s missing to the people who can fix it.
3:00 PMAdmin MeetupA room full of admins running orgs like yours. Bring the thing that’s been bugging you — someone here has already worked around it.
Tip: Book Customer Support and Professional Services. An open ticket and a customization question both move faster face to face.
Back to back, these cover how to judge whether your org is ready for AI and what a first workflow actually looks like to configure. You’ll be the one implementing it, so hearing the strategy framing first is worth the slot.
10:45 AM – 11:30 AMAI Strategy
11:30 AM – 12:15 PMGetting Started with AvSight Intelligence
Choose this if AI is coming to your org and you’d rather shape it than inherit it.
10:45 AM – 12:15 PMWork Order & Work Package Admin SettingsNinety minutes inside the settings that control MRO workflows — warranty expense configuration, BOM allocation, kit template defaults, scan station setup, and mobile tech options. The deepest configuration session on the schedule.
Choose this if you administer for a repair shop. This content isn’t covered anywhere else this week.
1:45 PM – 2:45 PMAvSight Intelligence for AdminsThe admin seat view of Intelligence: the console, feature toggles, factor management, batch processing, and the approval gates and activity logging you’ll be asked about. Also how to phase a rollout so early wins buy you room for the rest.
Choose this if report building is already second nature and you’re ready for the AI configuration side.
Two linked sessions for people new to report building. Part I is hands-on — report objects, report types, calculated fields, and charts. Dashboards then turns what you built into something your users see daily.
1:45 PM – 2:35 PMReporting Part IBeginner
2:45 PM – 3:15 PMDashboardsIntermediate
Choose this if you’re new to report building, or you’ve built a few and want the fundamentals solid. Take both.
3:05 PM – 4:00 PMOwner Codes, Consignments, RMAs & Exchanges – Tricky SituationsAdvancedThe transactions that go sideways and become your data cleanup project: owner code transfers, warranty replacements, consignment tracking, and exchange writedowns. Understanding the mechanics is how you stop fixing the same thing twice.
Choose this if you get “can you fix the data” requests after a transaction goes wrong.
3:25 PM – 3:55 PMPermission SetsIntermediateHow profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules layer together, plus the mistakes that generate most access tickets — including the difference between Read and View All that trips up almost everyone.
Choose this if access requests and “I can’t see this record” questions are a steady part of your week.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PMReporting in AvSight – Part II, AdvancedAdvancedJoined reports, multi-object strategies, and a straight conversation about reporting limitations and the workarounds that get you past them. This is the session that answers the requests you’ve been telling people aren’t possible.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:30 AMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IISee how the agents reason over pricing and sourcing before anyone asks you to configure it. Knowing what the Pricing Model does deterministically versus where AI takes over will save you a lot of explaining later.
Choose this if you’re an established admin and AI configuration is heading your way.
9:30 AM – 10:30 AMAdmin Basics for Small BusinessesBeginnerSetting up users, assigning licenses, managing permissions, and a map of the AvSight resources that answer most questions — plus where to go when they don’t.
Choose this if you landed in the admin seat without asking for it and want the fundamentals nailed down.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMRunning a Clean System: Admin Strategy & Platform HousekeepingThe daily and weekly habits that keep an org healthy: user and security review, data governance, automation health checks on flows and validation rules, and a release process that doesn’t surprise your users. You’ll leave with an actual checklist.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PMRoadmap Session for your segmentBring the feature requests you’ve been filing all year. Admins see the gaps first, and this is the room where that gets heard directly.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMRoundtable: Troubleshooting in AvSightThe admin roundtable. Two hours trading fixes with people who run orgs like yours — usually worth more than any single session on the schedule.
Sales & Business Development
This path is for you if you quote, sell, and manage customer relationships — sales rep, account manager, sales lead, or customer service.
2:00 PMReporting & KPIs for SalesTell the product team which numbers you actually need to see and can’t get today. Small group, direct line to the people who build it.
10:45 AM – 11:30 AMAI Strategy for Aviation Companies: Are You Ready?Where AI genuinely helps in quoting and sourcing, and where it doesn’t. Worth an hour if you want to speak credibly about it with your customers and your own leadership.
11:30 AM – 12:15 PMGetting Started with AvSight IntelligenceWhat’s available today and how other sales teams picked their starting point — usually the one task eating the most time. Practical rather than theoretical.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMWork Smarter with RMAsBeginnerSales Exchanges (2:20 PM – 2:55 PM) Two back-to-back beginner sessions on the transactions that generate the most cleanup: returns, and exchanges with cores in flight. You’ll get standard workflows plus the pitfalls that cost you margin.
Choose this if returns and exchanges are part of your week and you want cleaner workflows for them.
For people new to report building. Build a report on your own pipeline in Part I, then put it on your homepage in Dashboards so you see it every morning without asking anyone.
1:45 PM – 2:35 PMReporting Part IBeginner
2:45 PM – 3:15 PMDashboardsIntermediate
Choose this if you’re new to report building, or you’ve built a few and want the fundamentals solid. Take both.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IAccount Insights reads a customer’s full history and shows you relationship health and risk before you pick up the phone. Smart Inbox turns inbound RFQ emails into quotes automatically, and the Routing Agent sends them to the right desk. This is the front end of your day, handled.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PMReporting in AvSight – Part IIAdvancedJoined reports and multi-object reporting for the pipeline questions a single report can’t answer.
Choose this if you took Part I today or already build reports regularly.
4:15 PM – 4:45 PMWork Smarter – TeardownsHow manifests keep bulk buys and teardowns traceable from receipt through disassembly, so you know what you have to sell.
Choose this if your book includes bulk buys and teardown inventory.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:30 AMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IIThe Quote Agent evaluates every line — no quote, make offer, or price — using instructions you write in plain language. The Follow-Up Agent chases quotes that go quiet without anyone remembering to. You review finished quotes instead of building them.
Choose this if you took Part I and want the quoting half. This is the core of the series.
10:00 AM – 10:30 AMWork Smarter – LeasingLease setup, milestones, billing, renewals, and asset tracking, plus when leasing is the right transaction type and when it isn’t.
Choose this if leases are a real part of your book and you’re handling them around the edges today.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IIIWhat happens between approved and shipped, where deals quietly stall. The Sales Agent allocates inventory and generates pick tickets; the Docking Agent turns a packing list photo into a receiving record. Ends with the full workflow start to finish.
Choose this if you followed Parts I and II, or the handoff from won quote to shipment is where your deals stall.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMUnderutilized Features for PartsWorkspaces, process dashboards, mobile features, and the hierarchy tab — things already sitting in your org that most reps never open.
Choose this if you want something you can use Monday morning without configuring anything.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PMParts RoadmapTell the product team what would make your day easier. Reps describe problems more concretely than anyone, which is exactly what this session needs.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMRoundtable of your choiceBuilding User Training Programs is a good fit if you’re bringing new reps up to speed. Topic suggestions are welcome if you’d rather talk about something else.
Operations Leadership
This path is for you if you run daily operations — ops manager, director, or VP — and you own the workflows, the handoffs, and the bottlenecks.
Tip: Book the product owner for your segment. The process friction your team has learned to live with is exactly what they want to hear about.
The workflows AI changes first are the ones you own. These two cover how to judge readiness and what a first implementation really looks like, including how other companies sequenced theirs.
10:45 AM – 11:30 AMAI Strategy
11:30 AM – 12:15 PMGetting Started with AvSight Intelligence
Choose this if your operation is parts-side, or AI is a live conversation at your company.
10:45 AM – 12:15 PMWork Order & Work Package Admin SettingsThe configuration behind how your floor actually runs — BOM allocation controls, kit templates, scan station setup, and mobile tech options. Most shops are running defaults someone set years ago.
Choose this if you run a shop and want to know what those settings are doing.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMWork Smarter with RMAsBeginnerSales Exchanges (2:20 PM – 2:55 PM) Two workflows that cross sales, inventory, and finance, and generate most of the rework your team absorbs. Standard workflows, common failure points, and how to keep the handoffs clean.
Choose this if returns and exchanges create most of the cleanup work your team does.
Material flow from sourcing through issuance and return, then the storage and parking fees most shops never bill for. The second one usually pays for the trip.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMMaterials & BOM Management
2:20 PM – 2:50 PMWork Order & Work Package StorageIntermediate
Choose this if your bottlenecks are material availability and jobs sitting longer than they should.
3:00 PM – 4:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IInbound RFQs become quotes and route themselves by rules you set. Intake automation is an operations win before it’s a sales one — nothing lands on the wrong desk.
Choose this if RFQ intake and assignment eat your team’s morning.
3:25 PM – 4:00 PMMRO Automation & Process OptimizationIntermediateStandardizing repeatable jobs, sequencing work, assigning tasks, and logging delays as they happen instead of at the post-mortem. Trigger- based alerts keep teams in sync without someone chasing updates.
Choose this if your shop repeats the same job types and still coordinates them by hand.
4:15 PM – 5:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for MROWork Order Insights surfaces on-time, scope, and budget signals right on the work order, so at-risk jobs reach you before the customer does. Parts-side leaders can take Teardowns (4:15 PM – 4:45 PM) instead.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:00 AMWork Smarter – Quality & Compliance in DistributionIncoming and outgoing inspections, cycle counts, and traceability built so an audit is a report you run rather than a week you lose.
Choose this if inventory accuracy or audit readiness is a standing concern for your operation.
9:30 AM – 10:30 AMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IIHow the agents handle the judgment calls your team repeats hundreds of times a day, and where the approval gates sit so nothing goes out unreviewed.
Choose this if quoting throughput is your constraint and you’re weighing what to automate.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMUnderutilized Features for PartsWorkspaces and process dashboards give you a view of where everything stands without a reporting project or a new tool.
Choose this if you want operational visibility this quarter, not after a project.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMWhat’s New in MROA live walkthrough of everything added to the MRO side this year and how to fold it into workflows you already run.
Choose this if you run shop operations and want to know what you’re not using yet.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PMRoadmap Session for your segmentWhat’s coming next, and an open floor for the workflow gaps your team works around today.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMRoundtable: Building User Training ProgramsConsistent process comes down to how people were trained on it. Two hours with other operations leaders on what actually stuck.
Purchasing & Supply Chain
This path is for you if you buy parts, manage vendors, and keep inventory moving — procurement, purchasing, or supply chain.
Tip: Book a product owner and bring your purchase order pain points. There’s a PO focus group Thursday afternoon too, so come with a list.
10:45 AM – 12:15 PMWhat’s New in Parts?A year of new parts functionality with live demos and real use cases. If you’ve been waiting on a capability, there’s a fair chance it shipped and nobody told you.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMWork Smarter with RMAsBeginnerThe full return lifecycle, including vendor returns — which is half the RMA story and the half that usually gets improvised.
Choose this if you buy for a distributor or trading company.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMMaterials & BOM ManagementBuilding accurate BOMs, allocating material to work orders, and tracking parts across warehouse, shop, and field.
Choose this if you buy for a repair shop and your demand comes from work orders.
2:20 PM – 2:55 PMWork Smarter with Sales ExchangesBeginnerCore tracking, vendor coordination, and repair status visibility in one place, plus what to do about the core that hasn’t come back. Beginner level, and directly useful the week you get home.
3:05 PM – 4:00 PMOwner Codes, Consignments, RMAs & Exchanges – Tricky SituationsAdvancedAdvanced, and the session most likely to answer something you’ve filed a ticket about: transferring inventory between owner codes, receiving replacements correctly, reverse consignments, and recurring fees. Audience situations get worked live.
4:15 PM – 4:45 PMWork Smarter – TeardownsHow manifests handle a large acquisition end to end — expected versus actual reconciliation, discrepancy tracking, and mobile receiving that keeps your team off spreadsheets.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:00 AMWork Smarter – Quality & Compliance in DistributionIncoming inspection, documentation review, and export compliance screening all live inside receiving, whether or not they’re formally your job. Knowing how they work keeps material from sitting in limbo.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMAvSight Intelligence for Sales – Part IIIThe Sales Agent allocates inventory, suggests alternatives when stock is gone, and generates pick tickets. The Docking Agent turns a photo of a packing list into a matched receiving record. Fulfillment and operations attendees are welcome without Parts I and II.
Choose this if receiving and allocation are manual today and you want to see what could run itself.
11:00 AM – 12:00 PMUnderutilized Features for PartsWorkspaces, process dashboards, and mobile tools that make sourcing and tracking faster without any configuration work.
Choose this if you’d rather get more out of what’s already turned on.
1:00 PM – 2:00 PMParts RoadmapWhat’s coming on the parts side, and a direct line to the product owners about what you need next.
2:00 PM – 4:00 PMRoundtable: PO Improvements Focus GroupTwo hours on purchase orders with the people who build them. If PO credits, fee vouchering, or receiving against a PO have cost you time this year, this is the highest-value room on the schedule for you.
Repair Management (Parts & Distribution)

Tuesday, September 29
10:00 AM – 5:00 PMNetworkingBrella matches you with attendees working on the same problems you are, then assigns you a table. The people here have already solved something you’re still wrestling with.
10:00 AM – 5:00 PMMeeting AvailabilitySit down with product owners, support, professional services, finance, and the leadership team. Pre-book or walk up.

10:45 AM – 12:15 PMWhat’s New in Parts?A year of new parts functionality demoed live, with the use case for each. Includes updates that touch repair orders and vendor workflows.
1:45 PM – 2:15 PMWork Smarter with RMAsBeginnerWarranty and repair returns handled so they link cleanly to orders, invoices, and inventory instead of becoming a manual reconciliation later. Beginner level, and worth it even if you’ve been doing this for years.
2:20 PM – 2:55 PMWork Smarter with Sales ExchangesBeginnerEstimated versus actual repair cost, late and missing cores, and vendor repair status you can actually see. If updating a repair cost has ever meant a workaround, start here.
3:05 PM – 4:00 PMOwner Codes, Consignments, RMAs & Exchanges – Tricky SituationsAdvancedWarranty repairs, vendor replacements, and cost variances that quietly distort inventory value — plus warranty exchanges versus standard ones, where most workflow mistakes happen. Bring your own case.
4:15 PM – 4:45 PMWork Smarter – TeardownsTeardown repair orders and manifests from acquisition through disassembly, including reconciling what actually arrived against what you expected.
Thursday, October 1
9:30 AM – 10:00 AMWork Smarter – Quality & Compliance in DistributionInspections, documentation, and traceability on everything moving in and out. Repair-side paperwork is where trace gaps usually start.

Tip: Bringing two people? Send one down this path and the other down System Admin, IT & Analytics. You’ll cover twice the ground and can compare notes on the flight home.

1:45 PM – 2:35 PMReporting in AvSight – Part I, FoundationsBeginnerBeginner and hands-on, built for people new to report building. You’ll learn the objects reports are built on, build a calculated field, and leave with a report and chart you made yourself. Bring a laptop and your login.

A Few Practical Notes
- Sessions run concurrently across several rooms. If two sessions you want are opposite each other, split them with a colleague and compare notes at the reception.
- Hands-on sessions are better with your own environment in front of you. Bring a laptop with your AvSight login.
- Prerequisites are noted where they matter. Reporting Part II builds on Part I, and the advanced sessions on owner codes and exchanges assume you know the standard workflows.
- Roundtable topics are still open. If you want a table on something that isn't listed, tell us and we'll try to make it happen.
- Tuesday is not a travel day to sleep through. Networking, the sales reporting meetup, the admin meetup, and one-on-one meetings with the AvSight team all happen before the main sessions start.
