The End of Data Entry: Inside Agent Augmented Context (AAC) and Automated Approvals

Earlier this week, our CEO talked about a massive shift in how aviation professionals interact with software. He highlighted the tyranny of the empty form—the exhausting, manual process of opening a blank screen and hunting down part numbers, vendor histories, and pricing just to complete a single task.

You did not hire your team to be data entry clerks. You hired them for their deep industry expertise, their relationships, and their strategic decision-making.

Today, we are thrilled to show you how AvSight Intelligence is giving your team their time back. We are pulling back the curtain on Agent Augmented Context (AAC) and our new Automated Approvals Engine.

Meet Your New Staging Area: AAC

To eliminate the empty form, we had to rethink the user interface. We needed a place where our AI agents could securely present the shadow work they complete in the background.

That place is Agent Augmented Context (AAC).

Think of AAC as a secure working draft that sits between the AI’s background research and your live records. When an inbound RFQ arrives or a complex teardown hits the shop floor, our agents go to work analyzing history, checking stock, and vetting vendors. They use AAC to build a comprehensive, finished draft of the solution, complete with the reasoning behind every recommendation.

The Reviewer Experience

When your employee clicks into that record, the experience is entirely different; they are no longer starting from a blank slate.

Instead, AAC presents them with a finished draft ready for approval. If it’s a quote, the part numbers, suggested pricing, and availability are already there. More importantly, AAC shows its work. The interface displays exactly why the AI suggested a specific price or vendor, giving the user total visibility into the logic.

Your employee is instantly elevated from a typist to a reviewer as they simply validate the draft, apply their expertise to confirm or override any recommendation, and click “Approve.” There’s no re-keying, no hunting for data, just a strategic decision.

Seamless Execution: The Approvals Engine

AAC fundamentally speeds up internal work, but we didn’t stop there. We also overhauled how that work flows outward to your customers and vendors with our new Approvals Engine.

Once your team clicks “Approve” on an AAC draft, the system handles the rest. It can automatically generate the PDF, draft the email, and route it to the customer through our secure approval interface.

The beauty of this engine is how it connects right back to the Agent Mesh. The moment your customer clicks “Accept” in the portal, the system catches that signal and instantly triggers the next step—whether that is the Sales Order Agent allocating inventory or the Work Order Agent officially starting the repair clock.

Transforming Every Department

Because AAC is native to the AvSight platform, we are rolling this finished draft experience out across your entire operation:

  • In Sales (Quote 360): Pre-priced quotes ready for immediate review.
  • In the Warehouse (Docking Agent): Structured receiving data generated from uploaded packing slips—part numbers matched, quantities validated, serial numbers extracted, and ready for confirmation.
  • On the Shop Floor (MRO Agent): Pre-priced repair BOMs and suggested technician routing are waiting for manager sign-off.

Looking Ahead

We have now shown you how AvSight Intelligence acts proactively, communicates across departments, logs every action, and presents finished work to your team.

But for a C-Suite executive, one massive question remains: How do we actually deploy all of this without triggering a year-long IT nightmare?

Next Thursday, in our final feature spotlight of this series, we will unveil AI Blueprints—our revolutionary approach to democratizing AI setup, allowing you to deploy best-in-class, compliant workflows in minutes.
