AvSight Announces New Executive Roles
- AvSight veteran Fermin Gonzalez has been promoted to Chief Technology Officer.
- Ashley Stifler will lead AvSight’s Implementation, Professional Services, and Support departments as VP of Services & Support.
Boone, NC – AvSight, the leading business management platform for aviation suppliers and MRO facilities, announced two promotions to key executive positions today – Fermin Gonzalez as Chief Technology Officer and Ashley Stifler as VP of Services & Support. A Commitment to Ongoing Innovation
Fermin Gonzalez has been a core member of the AvSight team since the beginning. During his tenure as VP of Product, he was instrumental in taking AvSight from an idea to the industry leading platform it is today. “While he has built an incredible team over the years, in the early days, it was essentially just Fermin designing the product, solving complex aviation problems, and laying the foundation for what we now have.” said AvSight CEO, Scott Loescher. “His leadership, vision, and understanding of both technology and our customers have been critical to our success. This well deserved promotion reflects the work he’s already doing and reinforces his commitment to ongoing innovation and growth.”
Enhancing Customer Experience
Ashley Stifler joined the AvSight team in 2023 as Director of Implementation. In this role Stifler made major improvements to AvSight’s implementation processes – resulting in a 45% improvement in the speed of implementations and improving customer experience. In 2024, Stifler spearheaded the addition of a Professional Services department aimed at helping customers customize AvSight for their needs and leverage the platform more fully.

A focus on enhancing customer experience is at the heart of Stifler’s new role as VP of Services & Support, which will unify AvSight’s Implementation, Professional Services, and Support departments under her leadership.
