Who in my organization needs an AvSight license?

A user needs an AvSight license if they want to see, enter, or report on AvSight data objects. For example, if a user wants to enter a PO, ship an order, or run a report on AvSight data, they would need a license.

Is a read only option for users?

Yes.  You are able to make any AvSight user a read only user, but this does not change the price of the license.  All user licenses provide full access to the features listed.  You can restrict the features, tabs, buttons, and fields for any user via Salesforce security profiles and permission sets.

Salesforce Licenses

Do I need a Salesforce license?

No, AvSight is an OEM partner for Salesforce, which means that an OEM license for Salesforce is included in the price of an AvSight license. This OEM license does restrict some abilities within the Salesforce application (ex: Opportunities), but there are no restrictions to the AvSight application.

Does AvSight work in Lightning?

Yes.  AvSight is fully compliant with Lightning.

Contract Terms & Conditions

How long is my contract subscription with AvSight?

The standard AvSight contract term is 12 months. At the end of the initial 12-month period, AvSight subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancellation notice is given in writing and at least 30 days prior to end of contract.

Can I cancel at anytime?

The number of User subscriptions (licenses) purchased cannot be decreased or refunded during the contract term. Any reductions to the user subscription count can only be made after the initial 12-month term and at the time of renewal.

How do I add users (licenses) to my subscription?

For monthly subscribers, navigate to our Knowledge Base at support.avsight.net and submit a request ticket. Then, simply submit a request to add the number of users that you would like under the “Administrative and License” category.

Can I get a refund for any unused licenses or onboarding services purchased?

No. All sales are final.

Will AvSight work with other native Salesforce applications?

Absolutely! Our application is open architecture and built to work with your own custom fields, objects, and other native Salesforce apps, as well as all of the automation tools on the platform.
