Key Features of the Denali 3 (D3) Update

Work Order Scheduling, Production Control, and Planning:  Deploys newly enhanced functionality in Work Centers, Tollgates, and Working Day Configuration to allow users to easily plan & assign work, manage production, and analyze progress.  Combined with AvSight’s extensive reporting, dashboarding, and automation capabilities, exceptions are immediately identified, and managers are provided the tools to quickly react to optimize capacity & performance, meeting delivery commitments, and commercial obligations.

AeroRepair Integration: Aeroxchange’s Aerorepair for Sellers integrated with AvSight starting at job initiation with receipt of customer Repair Orders & Workscope, and replies of Service Order Acknowledgements with Acceptance (or Denial), Unit Receipt Notifications and Quotes.  As jobs progress, Repair Status Responses can be sent both as replies to customer inquiries and as manual or automated push updates.  Transmitted Repair Completion Records and Unit Ship Notices advise job closure and item dispatch, followed by Invoices for billing. Customer communication is facilitated throughout with two-way messaging and file transfer capabilities.

Labor Cost Allocation: Provides flexible configuration options for allocating costs when users record labor simultaneously across multiple jobs.

Aircraft Storage and Engine Preservation: This allows for the scheduling of both long- and short-term storage & preservation plans from induction to return to service. It integrates fully with all other areas of AvSight, including Production, Inventory, Procurement, Reporting, and Billing functionality. 

Multi-Currency Leasing: This extension extends AvSight’s comprehensive multi-currency functionality to the Leasing transaction set, allowing billing in different currencies with the flexibility to meet contractual requirements based on Flat Rates, Usage, Caps and/or Minimums.

Enhanced Inventory & Cycle Count Functionality: As part of AvSight’s ongoing Product Improvement efforts, we are excited to release features to bring increased accuracy and efficiency to Inventory and Cycle Counts.  These include, among others, an optimized recount process, enhanced filtering & selection criteria for creating counts, increased visibility of last counts & count history, flexible interface configuration, and blind count capability options.
