Mission Control: Introducing the AI Hub and Intelligence Activity Log

Earlier this week, our CEO addressed one of the biggest concerns in enterprise AI: the Black Box problem. In a highly regulated industry governed by strict ISO and FAA compliance, you can’t deploy AI if you can’t explain its decisions. “Because the AI said so” is an unacceptable answer for a Quality VP or an auditor.
If you have specialized AI agents proactively drafting quotes, parsing receiving documents, and pricing MRO work orders in the background, your leadership team needs a way to maintain absolute, real-time oversight.
Today, we are introducing the ultimate solution for enterprise AI transparency: The AI Hub and the Intelligence Activity Log.
Meet Your Mission Control: The AI Hub
We designed the AI Hub to be your single-screen operational command center, where you can start your day. We knew that as AI agents do more heavy lifting, users could easily feel overwhelmed by alerts. To solve this, the AI Hub intentionally separates what you need to do from what you need to know and what the agents already did for you.
The master-detail dashboard is split into two clean tabs:
- Action Required – A prioritized queue of items waiting for your decision: an RFQ needing approval, a mapping that’s blocking an agent, or a high-priority signal flagged for your attention. Every item is ranked by urgency, so you always know what to focus on first.
- Agent Results – A real-time feed of what your agents accomplished in the background: emails sent, quotes processed, pricing applied, parts sourced.
At the top of the screen, KPI cards give you an instant pulse, pending reviews, blocked items, priority signals, and every card is clickable, instantly filtering your view.
What makes it different is that users aren’t passive observers. They configure which signals matter to them, set their own priority levels, and the Hub recalculates urgency in real time. When action is needed, users review the AI’s reasoning and click “Approve” or “Reject” inline – no navigating to a dozen screens. It’s not a dashboard you read. It’s a command center you operate.
Radical Transparency: The Intelligence Activity Log
The true power of the Hub lies in the Activity Log. Most software logs are messy, unreadable IT data dumps, which is why we built the Intelligence Activity Log specifically for aviation professionals who need perfect transaction tracing.
Because our AI is native to your ERP, the Activity Log assigns a unique tracking ID to every single automated action. This allows your management team to trace an entire quote-to-cash lifecycle end-to-end.
If you want to audit a specific transaction, you can click on a final Sales Order and trace its exact lineage backward. You can see the exact email that spawned the quote, exactly which historical data points the Quote Agent used to price the parts, and exactly which human employee clicked “Approve.” Nothing is hidden. The math is always shown.
Frictionless Human Control
We want to keep humans in the loop, but we don’t want to slow them down.
When a user selects an item in their “Action Required” tab, the Hub displays the full context and the AI’s reasoning right there on the screen. Users can review the data and click “Approve” or “Reject” inline, without ever having to navigate away to a dozen different screens. It is the perfect balance of strict human oversight and frictionless efficiency.
Looking Ahead
With the AI Hub and the Intelligence Activity Log, your leadership team now has the absolute visibility required to deploy AI safely at scale. One keeps your people efficient; the other keeps your organization accountable. But how do these agents actually communicate with each other in the background to execute these workflows?
Next Thursday, we’ll take a closer look at the core architecture powering this entire release: The Signal Mesh, and show how it enables our new RFQ Agent to proactively source parts before your sales team even realizes there is a shortage.
