Help Desk Support Specialist


The Business and QA Analyst gathers, interprets, and uses complex data to develop actionable steps that will improve processes and optimize results. Day-to-day, he or she assesses company and client needs, elicits and analyzes information, looking for solutions or areas for improvement. The analyst will author requirements and work with developers to get the solution built and then test the solution to ensure it meets the needs of the stakeholders.


Responsibilities include:
  • Planning and facilitating user design sessions and gathering requirements
  • Documenting interaction (questions and responses) from business owners or stakeholders
  • Adhering to functional and user interface standards in the design of application user interface, including screen layout, access, and navigation
  • Facilitating knowledge transfer by presenting results of all analysis and deliverables to project teams
  • Managing tasks according to prescribed project priorities and provide progress reports on development and projects
  • Producing ad-hoc SQL/Database queries
  • Troubleshooting software applications and documenting technical resolutions
  • Providing post-implementation support
  • Providing support in the development of in-house applications and tools
  • Creation and/or review of user documentation
  • Providing regular progress reports and updates on tasks and job estimates to supervisor and project management as necessary
  • Complying with department and software development methodologies
  • Business analysis, gathering and writing software requirements
  • Working with developers during development of a solution
  • Gathering and developing test cases, regression testing
  • Experience in Salesforce Administration, Permission Sets, Page Layouts, Reports and Dashboards, Flows and Automation, and Multi Currency preferred

Environmental & Travel Requirements

  • Willing to travel with advanced notice
  • Clean driving record
  • This is a remote position
